Everything we do is based on facts and figures. Our impact goal? Nothing less than a living income. Based on our benchmark study the contribution to get our farmers to a living income has been set on 325 euro per farmer. This means that KIT is helping 320 farmer family members out of poverty. Amazing! We focus our impact program on coffee farmers in extreme poverty. Check our impact report to see how, together with the FairChain Foundation, we invest in training, digitalisation, healthcare, access to credit, and more.
It’s one of our hidden secrets we will get MUCH more vocal about. The coffee you drink actually absorbs MORE CO2 than it produced. What??? You bet. And this even includes YOUR CO2 consumption to drink it. Each kilo of our coffee has 4,24 Kilo CO2 surplus. Just keep drinking Moyee and battle climate change on the fly.
