Process: Swiss Water Process – a natural, chemical-free process that removes caffeine but retains flavor. (For the nerds: an alternative process is DCM, but we choose Swiss Water because we prefer to stay pure.)
FairChain disclaimer: This coffee is not FairChain. Instead, farmers receive the current market price plus a Rainforest Alliance premium.
In short: our decaf is fair(er), chemical-free, and flavorful – perfect for late nights or early mornings without the jitters.
