Riverhut Coffee began in a region where coffee is rare. It all started when an inspired ambassador accepted a bold request from a customer to grow coffee in a place few believed it could thrive. With no experience, only hope and determination, he planted the first Batian trees, unsure if they would ever bear fruit.
Against all odds, the trees took root.
Now, as Riverhut celebrates its third harvest, the farm stands as a pioneer in the region. Each bean carries the story of courage and care, nurtured in a unique microclimate to create a cup that’s vibrant, clean, and full of character.
FARMERS - WILMER CUBILLOS
Wilmer Cubillos, a dedicated first-generation coffee farmer, has been producing high-quality specialty coffee since 2006.
At his Finca El Rosal, he combines passion with innovation, continuously working to perfect his Tabi variety to achieve exceptional quality.
PROCESSING - NATURAL
At an altitude of 1,650 meters, Finca El Rosal enjoys a unique microclimate with warm days and cool nights, resulting in full-bodied, sweet coffee cherries.
This naturally processed Tabi offers a flavor palette with vibrant notes of red fruit, a soft honey sweetness, and a fresh, clean finish. A true tribute to Colombia's rich coffee heritage.
SWEET, FRUITY, AND FULL OF VANILLA
The Moyee Winter Microlot offers a natural sweetness with notes of raisin, green apple, and vanilla. The honey process creates a rich, creamy body and a perfectly balanced flavor.
