THE ROLE

At Moyee, warehouse work is not “just logistics”.

As Warehouse & Order Fulfilment Employee, you make sure our B2B orders are picked, packed, registered, and delivered correctly. You work from our own warehouse and are responsible for keeping things clean, organised and under control.

This role is extra important because B2B order fulfilment from our own warehouse is new. You help build it. You own it. You improve it.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

On a typical week, you will:

• Pick and pack B2B orders using picking lists
• Make sure every order is correct, traceable and ready on time
• Receive inbound deliveries and check quantities and condition
• Register all stock movements, deliveries and repacking activities in Odoo
• Keep the warehouse clean, structured and audit ready
• Do repacking and basic production work according to instructions
• Deliver orders to customers in Amsterdam on set days
• Spot risks around stock, errors, or delays and act before they escalate

YOU ARE PROBABLY THIS PERSON IF YOU

• Like structure, clarity, and finishing things properly
• Are careful with details but not slow
• Feel comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Can work independently and still follow clear procedures
• Are physically fit and don’t mind hands on work
• Are reliable and show up when it matters

Experience in warehouse work, fulfilment, or production is a big plus.

Experience with Odoo is even better, but not required if you learn fast.

THE ROLE

As a Coffee Machine Operator, you make sure the coffee machines at our customer locations run smoothly, serve consistently great drinks, and are always clean and stocked. You handle refills, daily upkeep, and basic troubleshooting. Anything technical or structural gets escalated to our Maintenance and Operating Team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

On a typical week, you will:

• Keep machines running day to day
• Refill ingredients based on agreed schedules
• Perform routine cleaning of the machines and the immediate area around them
• Make sure machines are ready for customers to use at all times

MONITOR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE​

• Check beverage quality and machine performance during visits
• Spot irregularities such as weak extraction, residue build up, blocked lines, or unusual taste
• Report recurring issues or deviations to the Maintenance and Operating Team

MANAGE STOCK AT LOCATION

• Monitor stock levels on site
• Record usage accurately and request replenishment on time
• Prevent out of stock situations by sticking to replenishment schedules

LOG, REPORT, AND COMMUNICATE CLEARLY

• Register refills, incidents, and support requests accurately
• Share customer feedback and recurring themes with the Operations Support Team
• Log relevant updates in our operational system

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training is provided
• Experience with bean to cup or automatic coffee machines is a plus
• Comfortable with daily cleaning and first line troubleshooting
• Strong focus on hygiene, quality, and customer service
• Reliable, organized, and service oriented
