WHY MOYEE USES IT?
FAQ
Absolutely! If you order coffee and there's a drop-off point nearby, you can choose reusable shipping packaging. After delivery, simply return the packaging to your local drop-off point. There, the packaging will be cleaned and prepared for the next shipment. This way, the same packaging can be reused over and over again. By choosing this option, you're helping to make online shopping more circular.
Yes, just like with other deposit systems, you pay a small fee that you'll get back later. If you choose reusable shipping packaging, a €3.95 deposit will be added to your order. If you return the packaging to a drop-off point, you'll receive this amount back. You can do this via Tikkie Terug or directly at the cash register at the drop-off point.
Returning items is quick and easy. Find a drop-off point near you (click the hyperlink to the drop-off point finder here again). Bring the packaging and your smartphone with a QR scanner. Scan the QR code at the drop-off point. Follow the short steps on the BOXO Return website. This usually takes no longer than five seconds. Once your deposit has been refunded, give the packaging to the employee at the drop-off point.
No problem. You can simply return your order in the same packaging, following our return instructions (Here's a hyperlink to Moyee's return instructions). The deposit for the reusable shipping packaging will then be automatically refunded to your bank account.
Currently, we only offer reusable shipping packaging for 2kg coffee orders. This option is also only available in postcodes with a drop-off point nearby. This ensures the system remains practical and accessible. We are working to make this sustainable shipping option more widely available in the future.
Very sustainable! Online shopping usually requires a lot of cardboard, which seems sustainable because we recycle a lot of it, but it isn't. By reusing packaging, no new packaging needs to be produced (for now). This saves resources like trees, energy, and water. In fact, reusable shipping packaging can emit up to 90% less CO₂ than the recycled cardboard that many online stores currently use. A small choice when ordering, with a big impact.
