Our FairChain story began in Limmu, Ethiopia. This specialty coffee from the Kaffa region, the birthplace of coffee, has beautiful complex full aromas and flavors. She grows at extreme heights which results in a floral explosion. A fresh full-bodied coffee with a slightly fruity aftertaste of jasmine and cocoa. We slow-roast this coffee for 27 minutes at 197 degrees Celsius. Taste the floralness and citrus aromas!

Our Ethiopian Double is all about balance. A high-quality
collaboration between washed Limu and unwashed Jimma beans, roasted medium at our Addis Ababa roastery. The fruity flavors of washed Limu pairs perfectly with the sweeter, warmer flavors of unwashed Jimma. You'll have a hard time finding a more balanced two-bean blend.

It is medium roasted in Kenya and is known for its high intensity, combined with a light but elegantly bitter aftertaste. A delicious coffee to start your day off right!
